We seek to train a generation of geoscientists and those interested in science outreach to communicate clearly, effectively and powerfully in a way that promotes real change in society. This we combine with engaging directly with the public by holding inspiring virtual and in person talks.

Geologize was founded by Dr Haydon Mort, a geoscientist with 15 years of academic, research and industry experience. In 2017, Geologize launched as a non-profit social media platform that tells fascinating stories and fun analogies that educate the public. It quickly grew in popularity. Having worked directly with global leaders in the science communication sphere, Dr Mort initiated the first bespoke geoscience communication courses in the world. Having offered services to a variety of stakeholders across the globe, Geologize Ltd. is now a global leader in providing training to geoscientists who wish to communicate more effectively with their target audience, whether it be the general public, corporate or governmental organisations.
